北京奧組委公佈千餘種中國菜的英文名稱

  北京奧組委公佈千餘種中國菜的英文名稱2007-11-16 00:59為更好地迎接奧運會,北京市外辦組織專家對中國功能表譯文進行了審核。2007年1月底,北京市餐飲飯店中的數千種菜品、酒水將擁有統一規範的“英文名”。

  “Scrambled Egg with Tomato”(番茄炒雞蛋)、“Egg plants with Garlic Sauce”(魚香茄子),明年1月底,北京市餐飲飯店中的數千種菜品、酒水將擁有統一規範的“英文名”。據瞭解,北京市首次針對餐飲功能表規範英文譯法的工作目前已基本完成,數千種菜品、酒水的英文翻譯將從12月20日開始對外公佈,邀請市民參與補充建議。

  等待市民評判補充的北京市餐飲英文菜單涉及冷菜、熱菜、羹湯、主食、小吃、西餐、甜品、中國酒、洋酒、飲料等多個品類,數千種菜品酒水,僅飲料目前已搜集到的就有兩百多種。北京市餐飲菜單的英文譯法計畫在明年1月底推出,屆時不僅北京市旅遊局計畫向全市星級酒店餐廳推廣,而且還將為計畫推出雙語功能表的餐飲企業提供參考。
